At Allergy & Asthma Family Care of Westchester, the practice is dedicated to provide high quality care to infants, children and adults with allergies and/or asthma.
Allergic conditions that the practice specializes in include allergic rhinitis (hayfever), allergic conjunctivitis, food allergies, insect venom allergies, and allergic skin conditions such as contact dermatitis, eczema, and urticaria (hives).
For allergic rhinitis sufferers, immunotherapy (allergy shot) is available. The traditional allergy shot and the latest sublingual therapy are options.

Your time is valuable to us. To expedite your visit and ensure your time is spent with the doctor and not paperwork, please download the three forms below. Please complete the forms prior to arrival and bring them with you during your initial visit.
Please also bring all pertinent insurance information. If your insurance requires a referal and we have not received it from your primary care physician, your insurance will not allow the doctor to see you.
We also kindly request all fees to be paid at the time of your visit. We accept cash and checks only at this time. There is a $10 billing charge for fees not paid at the time of visit.
